Born on November 9, 2007, Kalia is the middle child of Paul and Kate. Kalia Bzeta has a younger sister Kaci, an older brother Jake and a dog named Dixie. She was born and raised in Calgary, a dynamic and beautiful city in Western Canada. While her full name is Kalia (Hawaiian for beauty) her teammates and friends call her Kali. She was introduced to soccer at age 3 and it would ignite a deep love for all athletics. Kali has played on school teams for badminton, volleyball, basketball, track and field. She also danced competetively and did gymnastics. Kali is an athlete at her core, setting and breaking records at school and producing top fitness scores at the club. She aspires to represent her country at the National Level.
Kalia has varied interests outside of soccer, including dirt biking, quading, weight training, wake boarding/surfing and travel.
Her University interests include Nutritional Sciences, Health, Physical Education and Fitness.
